Who's behind it

I'm Kevin Foulds, and Furniture Fashion is mine. I'm based in Alloa, in central Scotland.

What this site covers

Furniture Fashion covers furniture, home design and household items — sofas, chairs, tables, beds, desks, wood-burning stoves and more. Where I own or have genuinely used something — like the electric standing desks reviewed on this site — the review says so plainly. Where a page covers design history or a wider category, it's honestly researched rather than spun.

Why this site exists

Too much furniture and home content online is recycled or AI-spun. I wanted the opposite: real opinions, real prices, and the honest downsides of a piece — what's worth the money, what's oversold, and what I'd buy differently next time.

Approach

• First-hand where possible: where a review is my own experience, I'll say so plainly.
• Honest, not promotional: a product being sent for review, or an affiliate link being present, never buys a good verdict.
