This Privacy Policy explains how Furniture Fashion ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit furniturefashion.com (the "Site"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are
Furniture Fashion is a furniture and home design website, run by Kevin Foulds. We publish practical guides and hands-on reviews covering furniture, home office desks, design classics and household items. We earn revenue through advertising and affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure).
2. The personal data we collect
We only collect what we need:
- Information you give us — for example, your name and email address if you subscribe to updates, or the contents of any message you send us by email.
- Information collected automatically — when you use the Site we may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring website, through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Advertising & analytics data — our advertising and analytics partners (such as Google) may collect data about your visit to serve and measure ads and understand traffic. See section 6.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and we do not collect special-category data.
3. How we use your data and our lawful basis
We use your data to respond to enquiries (our legitimate interest), to send you updates if you have asked us to (your consent), and to run and improve the Site including its advertising and analytics (your consent, and our legitimate interest). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site, including:
- Website hosting: Cloudflare
- Advertising: Ezoic and its certified partners
- Affiliate networks: Amazon Associates (see Affiliate Disclosure)
Some of these providers are based outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum or an adequacy decision.
5. Advertising & cookies
We use Ezoic to display advertising. Third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads and measure engagement based on your prior visits to this and other websites. 6. How long we keep your data
- Contact enquiries: up to 24 months after our last correspondence.
- Analytics/advertising data: per the retention settings of our providers.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected or erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact us at contactus@furniturefashion.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) — ico.org.uk — but we'd appreciate the chance to help first.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption on the Site. No online transmission is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
